I grew up in Bombay a block from the Arabian sea. Evening walks on the beach observing the sunsets and the monsoon clouds were part of our routine. Those memories are integral part of my self and I am now settled on Monterey Bay where I can again enjoy long walks on the sandy beaches.
I love to capture the energy and the colors of the oceans and the skies when I paint. The nature creates mesmerizing sunsets with everchanging brilliant hues and capturing them is extremely satisfying for me. Depending on the mood, I use either palette knives or brushes to depict the nature in different moods creating wide range of images - from subtle & calming to energetic & exciting.
